Processing Time

Every handmade blanket is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Ready-to-ship items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items will have estimated production times listed on the product page.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from California.

Current shipping rates:

• United States: Flat Rate $20

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Ailsa Bracken is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost, please contact us so we can help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Because each blanket is handmade, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item qualifies:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized website services, these purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or digital files have been delivered.
